I find the blogs on this website thought provoking and helpful. Some of the other coaching blogs, including some of the most voted-for, are really just an individual’s thought processes. They have no apparent training or qualifications.

The first thing I’d say is, I think, the first thing Gaye Wilson would say if she were commenting on someone elses’s achievement:

Congratulations!

On your first foray into this competition, you’re No. 14 out of 20, against what looks like some quite professional – one might say aggressive – competition. If this were the Tour de France, you’d be getting herograms.

As you say, even in this rather limited field, there is quite a range of entrants with quite a spread of focus. You’re not on about success in business or making money, and you’re not in it to win a blogging competition (you said that from the start). You’re asking some pertinent questions of yourself, but I hope you’re also taking time to give yourself some credit.
