I've been using Team 100 for about 8 years now and I'm the "go to" person for all my friends because they know I've got a resource.

Since I'm a Connector, I love that!

Right on Gaye!

Why don't these small businesses get it? Why don't they realize that their future and their livelihood are directly tied to the quality of their work and the customers satisfaction. I ran into a similar problem years ago with a landscaper. You call to give them business and they don't return phone calls, they miss appointments, or they give you a "guestimate" that really seems to come out of nowhere.

Now, before I have work done I call my friends, ask my fellow Kiwanians, or even post on Facebook asking for recommendations. No longer will I allow myself to walk blindly into unchartered territory.

And the winners are those businesses that deliver what they promise!

You said it Gaye, customer service is what all businesses need to concentrate these days in this economy. We are going back to the olden days and the basic values we have strayed away from.
